There, around 250 dedicated employees ensure the highest quality standards and drive the international growth of this emerging industry leader.

Your Tasks:

• Team Leadership: Disciplinary and technical development of the 8-member quality team.
• Quality Management: Responsibility for operational quality management and the consistent implementation of all quality guidelines.
• Process Optimization: Continuous adjustment and further development of the existing Quality Management System (QMS).
• Audits: Independent planning, execution, and evaluation of internal and external audits.

Yor Profile

• Education: Technical degree or equivalent vocational training with a specialization in Quality Management.
• Experience: Proven leadership track record and deep expertise in the medical device industry.
• Regulatory Expertise: Experienced in relevant standards, especially ISO 13485.
• Languages: Proficiency in Romanian and English (written and verbal).
• Soft Skills: Quality-driven mindset, proactive hands-on approach, and strong communication skills for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
